How do l start a return or exchange?

Once you’ve decided that you no longer want to keep your Wallisdan product, we’re happy to help you find the best solution for you or just initiate the return.

The easiest way to start a return is to go our return center and fill out the return form. You just need to have your order number. You will be given a shipping label and drop the box off at any FedEx location. As long as the product is still in working condition, we’ll process a full refund once we received the items back at our warehouse.
